BlogMedia, Inc., a US based corporation has acquired the Blog Herald. This is BlogMedia’s first acquisition of 2006 after launching its blog network in early January. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Yahoo Inc. has agreed to distribute Gawker Media’s blogs in Yahoo! News, of which reported by David A. Vise in Washington Post as spicing up its nws and entertainment ofering with irrelevant content.
