About WeblogScout.com and Hendry Lee

Helping business owners, content publishers and service professionals overcome technical barriers to online marketing

Weblog Scout is a blog that helps small business owners, content publishers, and independent professionals start, grow, and profit — basically get the most ouf out of their business blog.

Hendry LeeHi, I’m Hendry Lee and now a full time blogger and infopreneur, making a living mainly from information publishing, which includes blogging, creating and selling information products, promoting quality affiliate programs, and maintaining niche websites.

My previous job was a customer service, system administrator, and web programmer at a local Internet Service Provider before I stumbled upon information publishing industry in 2003. I was bored and jobless at that time, went back to my hometown because of my parent’s health problem. I sat down and searched for any online business that I can do at home with limited resources.

In no time, I found Corey Rudl (1971-2005) and other marketing gurus. I bought and learned a lot from their products. As a techie myself, I used tools like Wikis and blogs to organize my ideas and projects on my small local network consists of mainly Windows, Linux and BSD systems.

Only in 2004 that I started to blog publicly and decided to dedicate regular time to blog and constantly create content. It has changed my life forever.

If you are marketing your business online, you can opt to spend enermous amounts of money through advertising or alternatively establish a website where you can acquire leads and nurture them with your knowledge.

Today’s technology allows you to cut the technical learning curve in managing content and publishing information.

A blog could do just that, plus more, including establish next to face-to-face communication with your prospects and customers.

Starting and growing a business blog are not as hard as you think, and I’ll show you how. In fact, we’ll learn together not only the marketing aspect but also the technical side of it.

This skill comes in handy if you are like other small business owners, independent professionals and soloprenuers who prefer to do it yourself and manage a small but sizable business.

Having strong technical knowledge and experience, coupled with the ability to explain and simplify technical things to non-techie customers, I often find myself able to describe technology in a digestable manner. I like to share my knowledge, and I make it a practice to give away whatever I can.

Weblog Scout is also hoped to be a learning experience and marketing tool for yours truly. Often times during my quest for new information I come up with great news, ideas, thoughts that I think you will find useful but don’t have the time and medium to share.

Blogs like this helps me accomplish this goal. It’s my intention that I can help others through these blogs and bring in customers who like what they see on this site, by purchasing one of my result-driven products.

I regularly publish a Business Blog Tip newsletter, which contain useful tips for small business owners, content publishers and independent professionals. Subscribe to it by filling out your information into the form above. Get free access to special reports to help you do more with your marketing with every subscription.

If you like these blogs or simply find them helpful, consider adding Weblog Scout to your blogroll or blog sidebar to let others know about the blog. Spread the words so we can all learn together.

Finally, I welcome all of you to join me in learning by contributing your thoughts, ideas, experiences, anything in the comments section at the bottom of each post or by submitting questions and tips to me. Full credit will be given with link back to your blog or website.
